| Removal from the file of registered Users |
Business-dz reserves the right to remove a User, after prior advice, in the following
cases:
1- Non-use of the customized service for a consecutive period exceeding 45 days.
2- Non-respect by the User of one of the clauses of these general conditions.
3- Excessive use of the service deemed as likely to be the result of an unfair use by several
persons non-subscribed to the service, but using the account of a subscriber
regularly registered. |

of general conditions |
| These
general conditions are available for on-line consultation on the Web site.
They may be amended without further formality than the editing of a new
amended version, this last version being the unique version held. |

conditions for the subscription |
| The prices
conditions for the subscription are available for on-line consultation.
Subscribers will be warned by email of any change in prices, in a maximum
period of 45 days before any application of the price scale. |

| Financial
modes |
| The User
receives, after payment of the subscription fees, a final invoice including
the amounts of our services which are stated in the price scale included
in this site. |

| Renewal
of the subscription |
| Any renewal
of the yearly subscription entitles the subscriber to a 5% discount of
the total services provided by business-dz. This should be advised, in
advance, to Consultations Department in order to benefit from discount.
In case of change in the name of your company, please send the necessary
documentary evidences so as to benefit from this offer. |
